This includes but is not limited to the procurement, installation and commissioning of equipment and materials for the building decoration and renovation, structure, water supply and drainage, pure water and waste water, bulk gas, HVAC, power, electrical, automatic control, fire protection, communication, security and other systems within the four production plants, sewage treatment station building, power station, solid waste storage, tank farm, accident pool, chemical storage (1 and 2), hydrogen station, wastewater pool, and wastewater lifting station within the park.

This project involves the renovation and upgrade of Building 8 and designated areas of Building 9 within the Optoelectronics Industrial Park of Wuhan Comprehensive Bonded Zone, including the construction of clean rooms, decoration and renovation works, gas engineering systems, process water systems, as well as construction of HVAC systems and supporting equipments.

① Purified Water System: Located on the second floor of the power plant building, with a supply capacity of 120 m³/h (excluding recirculation volume); ② Wastewater Treatment System: No.1 wastewater and liquid collection (PDS) pipeline system and elevation system for FAB production facilities; Wastewater Treatment System at No. 2 Wastewater Station Power Station with a water treatment capacity of 2,088 m³/day.

This includes but is not limited to 1F warehouse, 1F electronic inspection room, 2F clean decoration, 3F-5F clean rooms, anti-static grounding studs, clean treatment of lift shafts, environmental protection facilities and piping installation, heat exhaust facilities and piping installation, secondary distribution, other specialized subcontracted installation work openings and sealing, etc.
